1/4 Beef [DEPOSIT]

Our 1/4 Beef package is our most popular package for small families or couples who eat beef 2 times a week. You’ll receive 1/4 portion of a whole cow (approximately 85-90 pounds, $16.00 per pound).

$500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This is the initial deposit only! Your final amount due will be calculated and invoiced to you right before your beef ships out.

Balance due at Fulfillment: $860-$940

Breakdown
You will receive a proportionate amount of the whole cow, which is the most sustainable way to consume beef. 

Here is an example of what a 1/4 Beef Share Includes (variation will occur)...

Steaks: 25%
May include: tenderloin, bone-in ribeye, sirloin, flat iron, or T-bone (most come two to a package and are 1” thick).

Savory cuts: 35%
May include: rump roast, tri-tip roast, stew meat, short ribs, soup bones, brisket. Roasts are standard butcher cut at 3 pounds each. 

Ground beef: 40% 
Our signature 85/15 ground beef packaged in one-pound chubs.

How Much Freezer Space Do I Need?
We recommend about 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space to store a quarter beef. The rule of thumb is 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 30 lbs of meat.
